Order Processing & Shipping Times

Our current processing time is 2–4 business days before your order leaves our warehouse.

Estimated delivery time:
🇺🇸 United States & Canada: 7–12 business days
🌍 International orders: 10–21 business days (depending on destination and customs procedures)

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can easily follow your package’s journey.

Free U.S. Shipping

We offer complimentary ground shipping for orders over $50 within the continental United States.
Shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) are automatically selected based on package weight and destination.

International Shipping

International shipping is available worldwide.
Delivery times vary by country, typically between 10–21 business days.
Please note: Any customs fees, VAT, or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or refusal, we can reship it for an additional shipping fee.
